Takeuchi Sensei Kyudo Seminar 2015
NSW Kyudo Association is delighted to announce that dates are now confirmed for Takeuchi Sensei’s third visit to Australia. The seminar will be held on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of October 2015 (Thursday to Saturday). Times: Thursday 1st, 12:00pm to 4:30pm Friday 2nd, 9:00am to 4:30pm Saturday 3rd, 9:00am to 4:30pm Venue: Gartlan Centre, St Ignatius’ College, Riverview. Tambourine Bay Rd, Lane Cove, NSW 2066 (Map on second page) Cost: All three days $180 (concession: full-time students, unemployed, pensioner $100) One day $80 (concession $50) This seminar is open to all members of the Australian Kyudo Association. Members of the New Zealand Kyudo Association are also most welcome to attend. Training will cater to all levels of experience, from beginner up. Anyone who has previous experience of training under the supervision of Takeuchi Masakuni Sensei, (7th dan Kyoshi), will appreciate that this a valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding of all aspects of Kyudo and polish your technique. It will make planning and admin somewhat easier if we know the numbers of those planning to attend as soon as possible. There is space for: Full 28 metre yamichi with five-target azuchi. Taihai (entering and exiting dojo). Five full-size makiwara in a separate practice zone.
